every time i come to Campbell river i get multiple bottles of this. Now I know I can order St Jeans stuff online, and get a case of this delivered, I am on it. Put this stuff on your beef, or seafood, marinate and boom you are the hero of dinner. I may live in Edmonton now, but Ill be sure to bring home the taste of the island , all the time now.
I used this when smoking beef ribs on a Traeger. Smoked them 3 hrs, then wrapped for 2 (this is when I added this marinade). Kids cleaned up on them so fast, was wishing I would have done another rack
Have also done salmon with it as well, both smoking and broiling in the oven – gives it a really nice taste
This sauce is amazing with sushi, any cooked fish or anything!
