Great fish combination. Arrives frozen, fish is clearly frozen fresh. Absolutely delicious. I have ordered this combo several times, never disappointed. Vacuum packed individual portions make it easy to take 1 out to thaw when needed.

Amazing! I will not buy any other fish. The halibut is as good as having it fresh when we lived in Nanaimo. Salmon is perfect size for two healthy portions or three average. Frozen shipment was well packed when it arrived here in Ottawa.

A Canadian Seafood Success Story

Established on Vancouver Island in 1961

From Quebec to Yukon to British Columbia, Armand St. Jean crossed the country to establish the seafood enterprise of his dreams. As one of the last seafood canneries left standing, we’re proud to continue the St. Jean legacy today.
